Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Daraz packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
In order to maintain high product quality, we will not accept any returned items after selling except warranty claims or inbuilt manufacturing defects.
All returns must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise ‘played with’ product will not be accepted. The product must be returned with its receipt and a small note for the reason for the return.
Reimbursement will be denied for any products which do not conform to the above-mentioned conditions.
Please note that all items will be reimbursed within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer must cover the cost of returning the product.
Please check whether you are buying the correct items and quantities before paying us. Please make sure you take a receipt for every order you place.
